Tracked shipping is provided by NZ POST for New Zealand & Australia, International shipping provided by NZ POST or UPS. (depending on country)

How long does delivery take?

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing (I try my best to make it 1 business day). But please remember I also run / operate a brick & mortar business.

All orders are sent with tracking so you can follow the whereabouts of your order at any time.

How will my order be packaged?

Where possible items are wrapped in acid-free tissue and encased in specialty cardboard mailing tubes manufactured a global protective packaging specialists right here in Christchurch. Items will slide easily out of the tube and the paper will not have a single crease, bend or dent.

Original works/stretched canvases will require custom packaging, including bubble-wrapped, cardboard corner protectors and packed in super robust corrugated cardboard packaging that will last the journey. (Please contact to discuss delivery options for original works)

Custom duties & taxes

International customers, If you are purchasing goods such as art from New Zealand you may possibly attract taxes, duties etc at the border. It's annoying when this happens - but we are not responsible for taxes that you incur sorry. :)
